New species found in Redwood City

Here is the first known image of the newly discovered species Canis Natatorius, known in popular literature as "the swimming pool dog."

He is seen here in his native habitat, at the bottom of a recently sand-blasted swimming pool.  Notice how his unique camouflage makes him almost invisible to unsuspecting prey.  He sits patiently in his lair, waiting patiently for small creatures such as rfrench to fall in.

This species in considered endangered because of its extremely limited habitat.

We will keep you informed as more scientific information is gained about this creature.
